Our Manufacturing Process

At LA Patches, we use branded embroidery machines for patches. Modern printers for DTF prints and stickers and high quality material. The fabric use for embroidery adds multiple layers of woven/unwoen fusing, cotton twill, unwoven felt and heat press chemical sheets. We use animal skin when required, fake leather for vegan patches and up to date CNC routers for molding process for Pvc ruppber patches. Each patch type use modern equipment and expert operators.
